One cross-platform codebase for both stores with a shared API. Repeatable store releases, a server-side update policy for older app versions, and operational checks after every deployment.

Mobile app on iOS and Android, an API with a published contract, a web admin panel and infrastructure managed as code, with the mobile client and backend evolving in step.

Lead engineer and product owner in one.
Native iOS and Android apps with a shared backend. A common mobile test runner installs each app and runs the same scenarios on both platforms; release checks verify commit, version and environment before upload.

Speed comes from making the next decision with better evidence.
You bring the need and the product context. I take responsibility for the engineering decisions and review every result. A test run, a runtime log or an error report can change the next step.
- Agree on the outcome. Explore a prototype and define observable acceptance criteria.
- Build with shared context. Decisions and API contracts stay available across repositories and tools.
- Run it and inspect the result. Tests, simulator or browser checks, logs and error reports.
- Release and learn. A traceable version, checked in its environment, with operational signals guiding the next change.

Openly, as an independent engineer, with everything built to stay in your hands.
- Who you work with
- Me, directly: an independent engineer, one point of responsibility from the first conversation to operations. No hand-offs to a team you have not met.
- What stays with you
- Everything. Code in your repositories, infrastructure as code, documented processes and runbooks from day one, so the product can be handed over or taken in-house at any time.
- Availability
- Working hours 7:00–19:00 Warsaw time, Monday to Friday. Weekend work and on-call cover by arrangement.
- Location
- Poland, Central European Time. Remote by default; on-site when the work calls for it, agreed per engagement.
- Languages
- Polish and English, written and spoken. German for conversation; documents and code in English.
- Company
- Registered business in Poland since 2009, EU VAT payer. Verified organization with Apple and Google (D-U-N-S). Full company details on the invoice and on request.
